Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, a 72-hour window is provided for cancellation. If not canceled within this timeframe, 50% of the paid deposit will be forfeited.
Return Policy
We do not accept product returns for hygienic reasons. In exceptional cases where the product is defective, an exchange will be made within 7 days of product delivery.
